Marion Buller, Chief Commissioner of the National Inquiry into Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls at TRU

The TRU Faculty Association’s Decolonization, Reconciliation and Indigenization Committee (DRIC) was honoured to host Marion Buller, Chief Commissioner of the National Inquiry into Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls at TRU, in its Indigenous Speaker Series on June 24th.  Judge Buller and her partner Frank Brickle met with Shelly Johnson, co-chair of DRIC, Monica Sanchez-Flores, TRUFA president-elect, and Tom Friedman, TRUFA president, for a pre-talk dinner.  Also attending were elder Muriel Sasakamoose, Darlene Sanderson, Jenna John, Myles Clay, Rae Ann Sasakamoose, and Robline Davey and her son.
